Billings, MT – Today, the 1776 Foundation released its 2024 Annual Report, spotlighting the organization’s achievements throughout the year.
“We’re thrilled by the strides we’ve taken and the potential that lies ahead,” remarked Scott Aspenlieder, 1776 Foundation board member. “In 2024, we witnessed remarkable expansion within our established initiatives and overwhelming backing for our innovative new projects.”
Highlights from the 2024 Annual Report include more than 7,000 Montana vehicles now sporting the Foundation’s Gadsden Flag license plate, which was once again among the best-selling specialty plates in the state. The Foundation’s grant program surpassed a significant milestone, having now delivered over $100,000 to organizations that share its values since launching in 2017. The Montana Constitution Project had its biggest year yet, distributing over 20,000 free copies of the Montana Constitution — bringing the program’s all-time total to over 60,000 copies delivered to parents, educators, elected officials, and citizens across the state. The Bill of Rights Hard Card Program also continued its growth, having now shipped over 6,000 aluminum cards since its launch in 2020. The Foundation additionally hosted former Vice President Mike Pence in Billings as part of its Distinguished Lecture Series.
